Over the years we have seen many different types of so called leaf protection. They range from inexpensive screens to unbelievably expensive covers. As these products have been developed their manufacturers have approached us to sell and install their goods. I have not seen too many with which I was impressed. In fact, it seems the more you spend, the less they work. The only product that we have seen and actually like is Alcoa's® Leaf Relief. This is a high quality aluminum cover that has no interaction with your roof shingles and is very effective at keeping debris out of the gutter.
